After an illustrious college career as a defensive back at USC, Ronnie Lott was picked in the first round of the 1981 NFL Draft, and eighth overall, by the San Francisco 49ers. Lott went on to achieve greatness as a professional as well. He was a 10-time Pro Bowler, amassed 100-plus tackles five times, helped the 49ers win four Super Bowls and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2000.
